Greg Boyer is a seasoned corporate consultant and curriculum designer/trainer who brings state-of-the-art concepts and methods into his professional work. Greg specializes in transformational leadership development and collaborative curriculum development, large-group interventions, the rapid development of information systems, action training, team-building, process re-engineering, quality management, business administration, public health administration, and program evaluation. Greg has consulted to leading corporations including AT&T, McKesson/HBOC, Baxter Corporation, Lilly Pharmaceuticals, the Gap, SuperCuts, and with numerous non-profit organizations. Greg has worked in professional roles in eight different countries. Greg is the President of his firm TurnAround Partners, LLC, which mobilizes teams of qualified professionals to facilitate corporate tune-ups and turnarounds. Greg has a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, an MBA in Information Systems, an MA in Organization Development, and a Masters of Science in Public Health. Greg did his doctoral dissertation on the topic of leader transformation. Greg has taught various university-level courses in the University of San Francisco’s Information Systems Management program.
