Paula Dabney, founder of Image Impact, a California-based consulting firm specializing in Image Management, Business Etiquette, and International Protocol.

Ms. Dabney is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and is the incoming Vice President of Membership for the Southern California Chapter. She has more than 25 years of experience in the fashion and image industry.  She is a graduate of The Protocol School of Washington®, as well as a certified image and color specialist.

Since 1993, she has owned and operated a company that provides uniforms and promotional products for brand recognition.  Her background also includes modeling, television commercials, sales management, marketing, training, and brand reinforcement.
