Ms. Wendy Jones Training Facilitator

Wendy Jones has a solid foundation of over 20 years of professional experience in the international and government relations arenas working in the aerospace industry.  She currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Relations and Protocol for a top corporation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  Her daily interface includes the company's executive management, top tier domestic and international customers, congressional leaders, senior military officials, the diplomatic corps, and key suppliers, among others.  Ms. Jones leads a high energy team that designs and directs over 350 specialized events annually in the national capitol area and around the world.  She is a frequent lecturer on business etiquette and international protocol and is recognized nationally as an expert in the field. 

Ms. Jones is a graduate of The Protocol School of Washington^® and is active in the Protocol & Diplomacy International - Protocol Officers Association and Meeting Professionals International.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Denison University.
